The River Place complex is a gated community consisting of four 10 to 12 story buildings situated at the Potomac River near the Key Bridge and historic Georgetown at 1615 North Lynn Street, Arlington, Virginia, 22209. It is one of the most convenient locations in the Washington Metro Area.

Safety and Convenience

The area and neighborhood are very safe. A number of residents walk to work in the area. Most students walk to Georgetown University accross the Key Bridge or take the University shuttle bus. Supermarkets, restaurants, clubs, fast food restaurants and most coveniences are at a walking distance.

Additionally, the Rosslyn Metro train station is only one block from the apartment complex. This subway system is one of the best in the country, you may ride the train to anywhere in the Washington D.C. Metro area and rest assured that it is the most convenient and affordable means of transportation.
