Rents for furnished units include

Wi-fi internet access is included in most, but not all, units.

The buildings are wired for FIOS and other high-speed services.

Rental carries access to all amenities, including the resort pool, hot tub, gym and health spa,
sauna, games area, theater, children's playground, and conference area.
Shorter and long-term lease arrangements are welcome.
Rates can be adjusted to your per diem limits. Rates are subject to change.
The aformentioned amenities and conditions are common to both unfurnished and furnished rentals.
PARKING
If requested, reserved onsite parking is available as follows:
$100 per month for outdoor parking
$125 per month for indoor garage parking
$8 per day for continuous parking
PAYMENT
We accept major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, Discover, and American express,
as well as conventional payment methods such as Bank Checks, Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT),
Postal Money Orders, International Money Orders, and Travelers Checks.
